PHILOSOPHY AND GOAL
Professor Chalood Nimsamer once said that apart from life and family the
single most important thing in his life is art. In his sense, art can be
referred to a combination of teaching and creation. Teaching and
creating is a continuing process and both support each other. As an art
teacher, one must prepare the lessons by working on art and must
regularly do experiments to find new possibilities in art production.
Professor Chalood Nimsamer tried and conducted several experiments,
sometimes he failed and sometimes he was successful, in order to bring
all the experience to teach his students. He believes that the quality
of art is accompanied with the quality of art creator. An artist is best
described by his work. Thus, art teaching is like a merit training and
the making of creative quality in the same time. In this respect, a good
artist does not have to be teacher, but a good art teacher should be an
artist.
As an artist, Professor Chalood Nimsamer has dedicated that he will work
to best satisfy himself. The standard he uses to measure his
satisfaction is his ultimate goal in art production from his
perspective. He has his own goal and philosophy in the creation of works
of art and has been consistent with them whether he is working for
private or government agencies.
