His paintings began with realistic form, then added, subtracted, and changed it gradually to abstract form. The scope of his work was the interrelationship of light and shape as it appeared on the surfaces of Thai architecture. The patterns of light and shade, the surroundings and the atmosphere of Thai temples, especially wat, bot and vihara, suggested calmness, serenity and religious faith to him. In his imagination, He saw light and form in the shadow areas or spaces, as the point of inspiration, enabling him to create paintings expressing his personal point of view. These original paintings reflected Thai aesthetic values using light and shadow role on Thai architecture.
